Position Summary : The Lead, Brand Partnerships is responsible for shaping, developing, and leading Silversea's global brand partnerships strategy, building a curated portfolio of partnerships that drive measurable impact across the entire consumer journey—from brand awareness and consideration through conversion, loyalty, and advocacy. This role serves as the strategic architect and steward of Silversea's partnership ecosystem, ensuring that partnerships are selected, structured, activated, and measured based on clear business objectives, audience relevance, brand alignment, and commercial value. The position develops differentiated partnership strategies that support distinct marketing outcomes, including awareness-building partnerships, performance-driven partnerships, and loyalty- and guest-engagement partnerships. As partnerships become an increasingly important growth driver for the brand, this role provides dedicated leadership across the partnership lifecycle—from opportunity identification and business case development through negotiation, activation, performance measurement, and long-term relationship management. The position ensures partnerships are integrated into the broader marketing strategy and connected across Communications, Media, CRM, Loyalty, Events, Sales, Guest Experience, Legal, Finance, agencies, and external partners. The Lead, Brand Partnerships will balance strategic vision, analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and exceptional relationship management skills to build and manage a diverse portfolio of luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, cultural, culinary, financial, entertainment, and experiential partners. This role is accountable for developing partnership roadmaps, defining success metrics, overseeing cross-functional execution, and ensuring partnership investments contribute directly to brand, customer, and commercial objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned to the consumer journey, identifying partnership opportunities that support awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty, and advocacy objectives. Create a partnership segmentation framework that defines the role of each partnership type, including brand-building partnerships, acquisition partnerships, performance marketing partnerships, content partnerships, experiential partnerships, affinity partnerships, and loyalty partnerships. Establish clear business objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for each partnership based on its role in driving brand equity, lead generation, bookings, guest engagement, retention, or loyalty outcomes. Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic partnership roadmap that aligns partnership investments with marketing priorities, audience strategies, commercial goals, and customer journey needs. Partner closely with Media, CRM, Digital Marketing, Loyalty, Communications, and Sales teams to ensure partnership initiatives support broader customer acquisition and retention strategies. Lead the development of integrated partnership activation plans that span paid, earned, owned, social, experiential, onboard, digital, and direct-to-consumer channels. Manage a diverse portfolio of
