Software Development Manager, Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP

We are looking for an exceptional software development leader to help revolutionize cloud file storage for the workloads enterprises depend on most — from business-critical applications and databases to GPU-heavy AI/ML training and inference. As a Software Development Manager, you will lead an established engineering team in New York City building and operating Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP. Delivering reliable, high-performance storage at AWS scale requires technical leaders with extraordinary expertise and boundless creativity. You will own your team's roadmap and its operational excellence, hire and grow engineers, and make the architectural calls that determine how a distributed storage system behaves under load and under failure.
