This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: The Temp Assistant will be responsible to support the Production Team with PO issuance, PO maintenance, delivery reports, sample orders under the guidance of Senior Manager/Director. They will closely monitor production from PO placement to receipt in the warehouse. A Day in the Life:

Issue all purchase orders, factory splits with accuracy and timeliness for on-time fulfillment. Continually review all bulk production deliveries to ensure on time execution. Manage all sample orders tracking ETAs and providing updates to the business. Review production variances with supervisor and merchandising for resolution. Manage production related MOQ surcharges. Report regularly on key business metrics. Manage rework when needed. Maintain and manage all purchase orders in SAP to ensure system accuracy at any given time. Work on other related projects as required by supervisor To Land This Role: EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience. 0-2 years of prior experience in fashion product management, production, or project management preferred. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple work streams in parallel. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to use functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables; strong overall Microsoft Office skills preferred. Experience with purchasing systems and PLM (a plus); SAP experience ideal.
