Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Billing/Inventory Administrator to support and strengthen the Company’s titling, billing, and inventory department. This role partners closely with the Accounting team to deliver clear, accurate data into our software system.
Responsibilities
Process Daily New & Used Inventory Transactions Audit Deals for compliance with Federal, State and City Laws, as well as, Corporate Policies and Procedures Post each deal which met compliance requirements into proper accounting journals Process transactions related to Trade-in payoffs Properly review and process mid-month and month-end sales commission Properly post all commission adjustment entries after each pay period Perform scheduled maintenance on Inventory, We-Owe, Payoff, and Payable schedules Prepare all check requests needed for each deal Process Auto Exchange Deal Transactions and Reconciliation Perform Intercompany Accounting Reconciliation
Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic Experience in a dealership a plus Experience in CDK a plus
