This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:   Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organization   Lunch and Learns on topics such as Innovation    Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much more     Job Description   Principal responsibilities you'll be entrusted with include but are not limited to:   Transact directly with institutional clients over the phone, Bloomberg and email.   Perform Money Market desk functions such as sales of T-bills, provincial paper, ABCP, commercial paper, bonds and re-purchase (REPO), with assigned accounts.   Potential to backup larger accounts as confidence grows.     Accurately complete daily tasks such as inventory preparation, daily P&L, trading volumes. and pricing models.     Job Requirements   Have a combination of strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and be adept at financial modeling and valuation; and,   Ability to work effectively in a team environment.   Strong communication skills are mandatory as the job requires you to speak directly with clients.    Ability to communicate and work effectively with others (both with internal and external stakeholders)   Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a proactive manner    Able to work in a fast-paced environment    Strong attention to detail is a MUST   Experience with VBA & CQL an asset      Early Talent Requirements    Applications must include a transcript, cover letter (one letter-sized page or less ) and a resume (maximum of 2 pages).     We welcome all applications; however, we will only
