The Workplace Planning & Design role supports cross-functional teams, collaborates with both internal stakeholders and external partners, and contributes to the successful planning of future-forward workplaces that meet the needs of employees and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: ·       7+ years’ experience working on commercial Interior Design projects, preferably for large organizations or financial institutions. ·       Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field. ·       Experience with extensive space planning, test fits, and programming, and schematic design/design development phases of the design process. ·       Ability to get into the details to assure planning strategies are in line with brand, responding to current workplace behaviors, and driving efficiencies. ·       Proficiency in using AutoCAD and BlueBeam. ·       Proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and provide high quality client service at all times. ·       Familiarity with WELL Building Standards, LEED certification, or other sustainability frameworks. ·       Strong communication skills with the ability to support and work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. ·       Ability to engage on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. ·       Knowledge of local building codes, inclusive design strategies, ADA requirements and other regulatory standards. ·       Strong knowledge of workplace trends, space planning, inclusive design, sustainability practices and building systems.   Responsibilities: ·       Provide space planning support and design reviews for the design of workplace projects, ensuring adherence to design standards, budget and timelines. ·       Preparation of documents related to feasibility planning and implementation for all projects within portfolio.  ·       Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workplace design, applying innovative solutions to meet evolving needs. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 95,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
