QA Automation Engineer (Mobile)

As a Lead Software Validation Engineer, you will drive the quality strategy and technical execution for validation of native features on the Ford mobile app (with future scope expanding to Lincoln Way). The immediate focus of this role is native commerce — the in-app storefront for vehicle accessories and in-app subscriptions — with the team's scope expected to expand over time to cover additional native features including mobile-to-vehicle projection and service scheduling. You will lead a growing team of QA Engineers, own the automation strategy across native mobile platforms, and serve as the technical anchor for test planning, execution, and delivery commitments for your feature area.
