Responsibilities
Support New Product Proliferation (NPP) activities through qualification lot tracking, monitoring, and follow-up to ensure on-time execution of qualification plans. Execute qualification lots according to manufacturing instructions and established procedures. Verify and validate work quality, ensuring all qualification requirements and process steps are completed accurately. Monitor qualification schedules and proactively follow up with stakeholders to meet committed timelines and milestones. Coordinate qualification activities across Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, and other supporting teams. Raise and manage system requests required to facilitate qualification activities and ensure smooth execution. Identify and escalate qualification risks, issues, and schedule impacts to supervisors and relevant stakeholders. Support multiple qualification projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment to business priorities. Complete assigned tasks within standard cycle times and according to manufacturing schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards and procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams regarding qualification status, discrepancies, pass-down information, and operational issues. Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to support qualification execution and decision-making. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced NPP environment.
Requirements
Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline. Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor operations, qualification management, or production support is an added advantage. Experience in coordinating and following up on product or qualification schedules. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Reliable, self-motivated, quality-focused, and able to demonstrate strong initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good command of English and Malay, both written and verbal. Familiarity with manufacturing systems, data analysis, programming, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications is a plus . Experience using Generative AI, AI Assistants, or other AI-enabled tools is preferred. About Micron Technology, Inc.
