Job Description
Work Modality: This position requires to work 3x times a week at office We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to lead quality execution for the GEM vehicle family through the Program Execution Team. You will keep program imperatives on track by making sure the right issues show up with the right data, owners, and decisions at the right time. You will work closely with the Program Team, Product Development, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Aftersales to turn data and meeting outputs into clear actions. You will be the eyes and voice of the customer, connecting requirements to real-world performance while protecting our business and brand. What You’ll Do Lead the quality agenda for GEM programs, ensuring safety and key quality risks are clearly framed, owned, and followed through. Use AI and digital tools (copilots, dashboards, basic ML) to accelerate detection, prioritization, and decision-making. Analyze program data (FMEAs, DVP/V, build issues, lead problem resolution, timing charts) to highlight patterns, risks, and priorities for PET/VAPIR discussions. Analyze Program Content Change Requests for field and customer impact, including warranty and cost implications. Deploy quality deliverables according to planned development timing. Chair Program Quality health check reviews and coordinate overall program health execution, tracking key quality deliverables through LTR and escalating risks in a timely way. Facilitate Quality Review meetings and integrity of presentation materials. Connect Program team to Continuous improvement meetings with cross platform analysis for GEM. Support Quality Deep Dives / Sector Reviews / Quality Councils. Complete retrofit requests and support special quality studies. Create and champion relationships across multiple functions and regions - you manage conflict and influence peers and leaders.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and CREA active; Typically background in quality, product development, program management, or similar roles dealing with technical and customer issues. GVDP knowledge preferred. Strong communicator in English, able to synthesize complex technical topics and meeting outcomes for different audiences. Capable of colleting the right arguments to influence towards the solution and provide timely leadership engagement. Known for being a dynamic person with strong drive for results, ownership, resilience, and urgency — you follow through, connect people, and keep the program moving.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in a relevant technical or data discipline. Exposure to AI/ML concepts or advanced analytics platforms. Comfortable with data (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python/R or equivalent) and structured problem solving (e.g., Red X, DFSS, 8D, FMEA). #LI-PR
