F&B Intern - Excelsior Hotel Gallia

La persona sarà inserità nel reparto di Food & Beverage e affiancherà il Director Food & Beverage, supportando l’operatività dei vari reparti (cucina, ristorante, bar, room service, banchettistica), la gestione delle risorse umane, aspetti di marketing relativo al mondo F&B (redazione menù per eventi). In supporto al suo Tutor, si occuperà sia di back office, attraverso la gestione amministrativa(food & beverage cost control) e organizzativa del reparto (sviluppo offerta F&B) , sia del contatto con il cliente interno ed esterno. Infine avrà l’opportunità di seguire e coordinare eventi F&B presenti in albergo durante il periodo del suo stage.
