Process FMA Engineer

At Ford Motor Company, quality is at the heart of everything we build. As a Process Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) Engineer and Powertrain Quality Leader, you will drive the deployment and continuous improvement of FMA methodologies across our powertrain manufacturing operations. Partnering with Product Design, Global and Plant Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Warranty teams, you will proactively eliminate manufacturing risks, enhance process robustness, and reinforce quality systems through robust PFMEAs, Control Plans, and standardized documentation. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, coach cross-functional teams, audit quality processes, and champion operational excellence to deliver flawless product launches, maximize customer satisfaction, and significantly reduce warranty and manufacturing losses.
