Roles and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day Order to Cash process including Customer Master, Order Management, Billing Collections, Cash Application, and Dispute Management & Resolution processes Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets including quality and Productivity Drive process standardization, controls, and compliance across global operations Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions when required Build and maintain strong relationships with Client’s teams, Finance Controllers, Business Finance Teams Conduct regular governance calls, service reviews, and business updates Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cash flow and operational performance Drive reduction in overdue receivables and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Improve Collection Effectiveness Index (CEI) and cash conversion metrics Ensure robust dispute management and root-cause analysis Manage end-to-end order management activities, including order entry, validation, amendments, cancellations, and order fulfilment coordination Monitor exceptions, pricing issues, credit blocks, contract-related queries, and order discrepancies Lead end-to-end billing and invoicing operations, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and on time. Monitor billing exceptions, credit/debit notes, cancellations, rebills, and invoice disputes Ensure appropriate controls are in place to prevent revenue leakage and billing errors Drive improvements in billing accuracy, first-time-right billing, and invoice turnaround time Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on productivity and quality improvement Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, internal controls, and client policies Manage operational risks and establish preventive controls around billing, cash application, credit, collections, write-offs, and customer master data Analyze trends related to collections, disputes, aging, and cash application Drive data-based decision-making and forecasting Qualifications Bachelors - Accounting, Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Finance Certifications ACCA Qualified Accountant (ACCA) - SEGi University and CollegesSEGi University and Colleges, Blackline - Financial Close Level 1 Implementation Certification - NIITNIIT, Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) - DataTrainedDataTrained, Microsoft Excel Certification - Normandale Community CollegeNormandale Community College, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for
