As a Software Development Manager, you will... - Manage a team of 10 - 15 Software Development Engineers - Own and lead full life cycle delivery of cross functional projects spanning teams across Audible and Amazon - Partner with cross-functional teams to imagine, design, develop, test, and launch software that wows our community and inspires our peers - Constantly strive to raise the bar on delivery performance and quality in a fast agile environment - Work directly with a team of our high-performing engineers to help them grow their skills, coach them to scale their abilities and to drive development and operational excellence in Android, and broader in the apps space ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
