What Makes This Role Great:  In this high-visibility role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, using cutting-edge logistics SaaS platforms to transform complex shipment data into strategic freight tenders that drive efficiency and innovation across global supply chains. Key Exciting Responsibilities: Guide enterprise customers in structuring, implementing, and executing high-impact freight transport tenders on our global SaaS platform. Analyze complex historical rate, contract, and shipment data to deliver strategic consultancy and custom bidding scenario models. Lead interactive web-based, in-house, and on-site training sessions to maximize software adoption and performance for key accounts. Collaborate within an international team to support global clients and provide strategic cross-departmental insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Professional fluency in both English and French with strong interpersonal communication abilities. 5+ years of experience in logistics, specifically within freight procurement, tender management, or transport purchasing. Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of RFP processes and advanced MS Excel skills. Bonus Points For: Professional working proficiency in additional languages such as German or Spanish. Direct experience utilizing e-procurement tools or logistics Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
