We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary                     Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:     Sets up and operates a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, planers, and precision grinders to make metal parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions.  Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications; determines sequence of operations, number of cuts required, and method of setup; uses a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments; makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds; measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points to lay out stock for machining; fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required.  May modify numerically controlled programs on numerically controlled (NC) machines.  May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.  Shifts Available: 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday 3rd shift: 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday Must Have:

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile.    Requires broad knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.  Requires 3+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.  No minimum education requirement.

Nice to Have

Experience with CNC Lathe/Mill  Familiarity with machine controls, PLCs, or basic automation systems  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings  Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measurement tools  Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues  Familiarity with preventive maintenance and machine calibration  Experience working with tight tolerances and high-precision parts  Knowledge of tooling selection, fixture setup, and process optimization  Prior experience supporting production lines or manufacturing equipment uptime  Ability to train or mentor junior machinists or operators  Strong communication skills for working with engineering, maintenance, and production teams  Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices  Experience
