Maximus is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Analyst for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, MD. The TSCM professional will assess and mitigate technical/physical security concerns related to personnel, facilities or information, to include technical support to Counterintelligence (CI) and Insider Threat investigations. Successful candidates in this position will communicate with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct physical/technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation. - Conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures inspections. - Conduct TEMPEST surveys/assessments and recommend mitigations. - Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements. - Research and development of policy and instruction at Agency and ICD level. - Evaluate and recommend medical device approval or mitigation strategy. - Conduct radio frequency direction finding mission to identify unauthorized transmitting devices. - Provide technical security SME input to designated IC working groups. - Development and dissemination of workforce education for CI and Sec. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: - Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. - TSCM Certified. - Experience conducting TEMPEST assessments. - Expert level of knowledge of Radio Frequencies, direction finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes. - General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cyber security, digital forensic and IT infrastructure. - Working knowledge of ICD 702 doctrine. - Typically requires a Bachelors degree and eight (8) or more years of relevant experience or Masters with six (6) years of prior relevant experience. - Three (3) or more years working with or in the IC. #techjobs #clearance #veteransPage #NatSec
