As Director, Operations Finance, you will lead the financial strategy and performance management capabilities that support Starbucks retail operations. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior Operations leaders, you will help shape business decisions, optimize performance, and build the people, processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities needed to create a best-in-class Operations Finance function. As a Director, Operations Finance, you will: · Build and transform the Operations Finance function – Establish scalable processes, reporting, analytical frameworks, and operating routines while developing the long-term capabilities of the team and function. · Lead performance management – Direct business reviews, connecting financial outcomes with operational drivers to improve decision-making and business performance. · Partner with senior Operations leaders to shape strategy – Serve as a trusted advisor on growth opportunities, productivity initiatives, labor and operating decisions, using financial and operational insights to influence priorities and resource allocation. · Develop a high-performing finance team – Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while strengthening analytical rigor, business partnership, and finance capabilities across the organization. We’d love to hear from people with: · 10+ years of experience leading financial operations teams supporting strategic planning, reporting, and analysis for a business unit or function · 5+ years of management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams · 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business management within a large global organization, preferably in retail, consumer products, or distribution As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
