The Opportunity At EY, network services are foundational to secure, resilient, and high-performing technology operations. As the firm modernizes infrastructure, strengthens cyber resilience, expands cloud connectivity, and improves global platform reliability, EY requires a senior product leader to provide end-to-end ownership of the global datacenter dataroom network product portfolio. The Senior Network Product Manager will own network strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, standards, observability, service health, and vendor governance. This role requires deep technical credibility across Cisco and Arista route/switch platforms, VXLAN, L2/L3 networking, WAN, routing protocols, and network management tools, combined with practical product leadership and executive communication skills. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Ownership
Own the global Network Product strategy, roadmap, standards, and lifecycle management. Define multi-year modernization plans for network resiliency, security, automation, supportability, and simplification. Align network capabilities with business priorities, cloud strategy, regulatory obligations, cyber requirements, and operational needs. Define product KPIs, OKRs, service levels, technical debt plans, capacity trends, and platform health metrics. Partner with engineering, operations, security, procurement, and finance teams to support roadmap execution and investment planning.
Technical Product Leadership
Act as the senior product owner and technical authority for enterprise route/switch networking across data centers, data rooms, campus, WAN, and cloud connectivity. Provide product direction for Cisco Catalyst 9000, Cisco Nexus, Arista switching, routers, load balancer connectivity, DCI, and network segmentation patterns. Guide architecture standards for VXLAN EVPN fabrics, L2/L3 designs, routing domains, high availability, resiliency, and failover patterns. Ensure network standards account for OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, route redistribution, multicast, QoS, network segmentation, and secure connectivity requirements. Review product risks, design gaps, lifecycle exposure, and operational friction points across the global network estate.
Network Observability and Intelligence
Own product strategy for syslog, telemetry, packet visibility, network performance monitoring, configuration compliance, and network maps. Improve visibility into device health, topology, routing state, capacity, configuration drift, fault domains, and service impact. Drive adoption of proactive monitoring, event correlation, root cause analysis, and automated runbook capabilities. Establish network health dashboards used by operations, engineering, security, and leadership teams.
Lifecycle, Risk, and Compliance
Maintain product lifecycle plans for hardware, software, firmware, support contracts, end-of-life, end-of-support, and vulnerability exposure. Partner with cyber, risk, and operations teams to prioritize patching, remediation, modernization, and
