Purpose: The Regional Commercial Operations & Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio lifecycle management and commercial operations across the region by providing data-driven insights, driving process improvements, and enabling strategic decision-making. This role partners with regional and local teams to optimize portfolio performance, support new product launches, improve inventory efficiency, and contribute to sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for : Analyze portfolio performance and commercial data to generate insights that support strategic business decisions and profitable growth. Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Cross-Functional teams to support product lifecycle management, new product launches, and sales funnel opportunities. Lead and support portfolio optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce portfolio complexity, improve SKU management, and minimize excess inventory. Develop, implement, and promote tools, governance frameworks, and best practices that drive process standardization and continuous improvement. Monitor progress of portfolio optimization projects and provide updates through Portfolio Management Review meetings and other governance forums. Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support regional and local business planning. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations, or related analytical roles.
