The Service Center Associate supports Xylem’s Treatment business by coordinating service activities, scheduling technicians for maintenance and repair works, and ensuring effective delivery of aftermarket services. This role also provides administrative and sales support, including preparing service and parts quotations, maintaining service records, managing reports, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Role
