Systems Integration/Test Engineering Mgr - L5

Standard Job Description 
 Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.

As the Multi Domain Missile System (MDMS) Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers and overseeing the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and/or systems. You will also be responsible for managing the development of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.   Your responsibilities will include: Managing a team of test engineers, including recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, and career development Partnering with Operations and the Factories to ensure test equipment adequately supports the program Direct the execution of Test Equipment Design, Integration, Verfication, and Validation Drive test equipment yield improvements  Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) and support proposal activity Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelors of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience 2+ years experience as a Manager, Associate Manager, Technical Lead, or Lead Engineer 5 years minimum experience working in Test Engineering Previous Experience supporting budget and proposal activities Ability to obtain Secret Clearance  Desired Skills 
 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Experience testing electrical or electronic assemblies Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM) / Basis of Estimate (BOE) Experience developing test systems with LabVIEW and TestStand Knowlege of the Hellfire and JAGM missile systems Experience supporting test equipment in a production environment  Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
