Join our Business Planning team and play a key role in shaping business decisions through strategic planning, market insights, forecasting, and performance management. Working within Finance, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, turning data into actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth and business success.

• Shape pricing, forecasting, and strategic planning decisions that support sustainable business growth.

• Influence major commercial initiatives through data-driven business cases, opportunity assessments, and performance insights.

• Enable faster, smarter decision-making by transforming complex internal and external data into actionable recommendations.

• Drive continuous improvement in business reporting, analytics, and forecasting capabilities.

• Support leadership teams with strategic insights on market dynamics, consumer trends, and business performance.

• Support the development of pricing strategies, business forecasts, and strategic scenarios through analysis of market trends, consumer behaviors, tax and regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.

• Prepare business updates, performance reports, dashboards, market reviews, and presentations for local, regional, and global stakeholders.

• Analyze market performance, pricing dynamics, market share trends, and external macro/business indicators to generate actionable business insights and advise on business opportunities aligned with local business plan and regional strategy.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial and strategic initiatives, including new product launches, business cases, opportunity assessments, and risk mitigation plans.

• BSc in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Commercial Finance, Financial Planning, or similar roles.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage large datasets, identify key business drivers, and develop actionable recommendations.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively within Finance and across other functions, including Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate Affairs.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in BI tools, data visualization, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

• Strong ownership, curiosity, and leadership potential.

• Fluent English.
