Job Summary** The IND IAM Associate Engineer, Security will play a key role in supporting and maintaining identity and access management systems, ensuring the security and integrity of Hartford Global Services' digital assets. This position involves assisting with the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IAM solutions to protect sensitive data and facilitate secure access for users. Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and tools. * Support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across various applications and platforms. * Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and configure new IAM solutions and features. * Perform routine security audits and access reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. * Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests, providing timely support to end-users. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of IAM documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and runbooks. * Monitor IAM system performance and identify potential areas for improvement or optimization. * Participate in security projects and initiatives, offering technical support and expertise as needed. * Stay informed about the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and IAM best practices. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, application development, and security teams. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * 0-2 years of experience in information security, with a focus on identity and access management (IAM) preferred. * Basic understanding of IAM concepts, including user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO). * Familiarity with directories such as Active Directory or LDAP. * Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * A strong desire to learn and grow within the cybersecurity domain. * Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+) are a plus.
