COMSEC Engineer, Senior The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to use your COMSEC technical skills in support of the F-35 air system cryptographic and key management architecture? As a COMSEC Engineer you will provide guidance on the design of equipment, necessary support, and recommend tasks to Government security leads. You'll support certification and accreditation activities for operation systems to include compliance with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF). You will assist with obtaining approval of cryptographic changes to F-35 High Assurance Devices (HAD), such as the End Cryptographic Units (ECUs) as well as new developments of F-35 HADs. You Have: 4+ years of experience developing COMSEC key architectures, and in End Cryptological Unit (ECU) deliverables, process, and certification Experience with cryptographic algorithms Knowledge of UIC processes and KMI and EKMS systems Ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders Ability to prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence and lead a team in fast paced classified environments TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with F-35 Joint Program Office and DoD Communications Security policies, directions, instructions, and manuals DoD program COMSEC Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
