The subassembly and systems portfolio are customized products produced in partnership with key instrument manufacturers in Life Science markets. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our subassembly and systems hardware products— from early‑stage ideation through development, launch, commercial growth, maturity management, and end‑of‑life planning. This role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader who can translate customer needs and technical insights into a clear product. It will require close collaboration with the other Product Managers on the team to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of instrument developers in analytical scientific equipment space.   As the central point of accountability for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, pricing, and portfolio optimization, the Senior Product Manager will work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and other partners to ensure product success. Responsibilities include market analysis, strong customer advocacy, business case development and ongoing product performance evaluation to guide decisions to ensure our customers have a successful product launch.   The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence. Exceptional communication skills and consistent follow‑through are essential, as this role interfaces frequently with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers.
