PwC Academy is looking for an Associate to join the Digital Learning team, where you will explore innovative ways of integrating emerging technologies to enhance learning. You will be part of a team shaping the future of how people learn and develop. In this role, you will combine learning design, creative production and learner engagement skills. You will work closely with subject matter experts, engagement teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into digital content, interactive learning solutions and impactful learning experiences that support capability development across the firm. Key accountabilities   Design and develop engaging e-learning and blended learning content using tools such as:   Articulate 360   Adobe   apps (Photoshop, Illustrator,   Premiere ,   Lightroom,   etc )   And more   Produce creative learning assets, including videos, motion graphics, microlearning content,   etc   Support end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and publishing for internal and external learning initiatives;    Design   and delivering   engaging learning experiences, activities and learning environments that encourage participation, practice, reflection and application of learning;    Incorporate gamification, scenario-based learning, simulations and experiential activities into learning solutions across multiple formats and channels;    Collaborate with subject matter experts, engagement teams and stakeholders to identify learning   needs, manage production timelines and deliver high-quality learning solutions;    Manage and deliver digital upskilling   programmes   and learning initiatives;    Support   automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience;   Assist with operational, risk, and compliance activities, including Technology Risk Assessments (TRA) and governance requirements;   Key working relationships   Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)   Engagement managers and project teams   E xternal   stakeholders   Skills, experience and qualifications   Able to design and develop interactive digital learning content and   engaging learner experiences ;   Experience or strong interest in using multimedia and creative production tools;   Able to   visualise   ideas and convert them into practical learning assets, activities and learner experiences;   Confident, energetic and able to contribute ideas to enrich learning experiences through technology, creativity and learner engagement;   Able to conduct effective discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and   align on   learning outcomes;   Good writing skills, including storyboarding, instructional scripts   and   learner instructions;   Able to apply design thinking, data analytics, AI tools, and digital technologies to design,   and   deliver   learning   programmes ;    Experience or strong interest in using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate;   Stays current with trends in digital learning and AI tools   Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Adult Learning Theories, Analytical Thinking, Career Training, Communication, Content Curation, Content Strategy, Contract Management, Creativity, Curriculum Development, Data Reporting, Design Thinking, Developing Presentations, Developing Training Materials, E-Learning
