Job Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Design to execute delivery of customer-facing digital features from intake through release. Translate epics and business requirements into implementation-ready user stories , including clear acceptance criteria, assumptions, dependencies, and testable outcomes. Run backlog hygiene and readiness : refine stories, manage status, ensure Definition of Ready is met, and support sprint and release commitments. Validate requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and traceability , escalating gaps/risks early and documenting decisions. Review existing functionality and requirements artifacts to avoid rework , identify impacts, and ensure changes align to standards and platform constraints. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scope, requirements, content, UX, and delivery timelines; proactively manage expectations and trade-offs. Manage multiple workstreams by tracking actions, dependencies, RAID items (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) , and delivery milestones. Support solution reviews, desk checks, testing execution, and defect triage by clarifying expected behavior , reproducing issues, and prioritizing fixes based on impact. Drive UAT activities end-to-end: create test scenarios , coordinate business testers, document results, manage sign-offs, and confirm release readiness. Support release execution and hypercare by validating deployed functionality , monitoring defects/incidents, and driving resolution through to closure. Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies (refinement, planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and provide clear updates on story readiness, blockers, and testing status . Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities Experience in a delivery-oriented product analyst / business analyst role supporting digital product development in an Agile environment. Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria (including negative/edge cases) and maintain traceability from requirements to delivery. Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and working with engineering teams. Hands-on experience supporting testing and release readiness, including UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation of delivered outcomes . Strong backlog management skills: ability to facilitate refinements, drive alignment, document decisions , and manage changing priorities. Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to produce clear artifacts (stories, requirements, UAT scenarios, release notes as needed). Proficiency with common delivery tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence or equivalent ) for backlog, documentation, and workflow tracking. Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities Experience working on customer-facing digital platforms (web/mobile) and collaborating closely with Design/UX on flows and content.
