Our 12-month Learnership Programme gives young individuals an opportunity to study and receive on the job training. Qualification at the end of the 12 months ( Occupational Certficate: Insurance Underwriter NQF Level 5 ) Monthly stipend for the duration of the Learnership Programme Opportunity to build a long-term career with Marsh Qualifying Criteria: Matric/Grade 12 with English as a first or second language AND Maths or Maths Literacy Candidates MUST be in possession of a matric certificate and/or statement of results as proof that they have passed matric in 2025 or prior South African citizen Between the ages of 18 and 25 years Available to start 1st February 2027 Reside in or close to the area in which the opportunity is available Should not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiative Should not be participating in any post Matric studies or formal employment Kindly ensure when applying that you have the following documents ready to upload: CV ID copy Matric certificate and/or statement Applications without an ID copy & Matric certificate will be declined.
