About this role

At Delta Faucet , we are committed to transforming everyday experiences with water through innovative products and exceptional service. As a leader in the plumbing industry, we take pride in our dedication to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our mission to create solutions that inspire and elevate the lives of all our customers. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence. Your Role at Delta Faucet: Are you a senior network engineer ready to shape how our enterprise stays connected? As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be accountable for the architecture, performance, reliability, and security of enterprise network services across multiple sites — including routing and switching, wireless, firewalls, remote connectivity, and network automation. Wireless is a core focus, with modernization and ongoing tuning needed as manufacturing environments evolve.

Responsibilities

Advance the architecture, design, and lifecycle management of enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud environments. Drive the enterprise wireless strategy and serve as technical lead for wireless modernization initiatives, including design, deployment, RF tuning, site surveys, capacity planning, and post-deployment optimization — with emphasis on supporting manufacturing environments where floor layouts and equipment placement change frequently. Lead the network automation approach, including configuration management, patching, and compliance using Cisco Catalyst Center, Ansible, and Python. Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and wireless issues; lead root cause analysis and drive long-term remediation. Mentor and develop junior engineers, establishing standard methodologies and growing team technical capabilities. Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama to support secure network architecture and segmentation. Partner with Security and OT teams to design and enforce secure network architectures, including segmentation and access control using Cisco ISE. Support and improve Meraki SD-WAN and enterprise connectivity solutions across sites. Develop and maintain network standards, architecture documentation, design records, and operational procedures. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectural improvements aligned with business and modernization goals. Monitor performance trends and proactively improve capacity, reliability, and user experience. Lead vendor engagements, design reviews, and project delivery, ensuring alignment with standards and timelines. Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network services and infrastructure.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience required. 8+ years of enterprise networking experience, including multi-site environments. Advanced expertise in Cisco networking (routing, switching, and wireless). Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise wireless networks, including RF design, site surveys, and troubleshooting in complex physical environments. Demonstrated expertise in network architecture and leading complex implementations. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. Working knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Cisco ISE, and SD-WAN technologies. Hands-on experience implementing network automation at enterprise scale using Python, Ansible, or comparable tools. Expert-level troubleshooting and analytical skills across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Cisco CCNP (Enterprise, Wireless, Security, or Automation concentration); CCIE a plus. Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE preferred). Proven experience leading enterprise wireless modernization, including RF planning
