We’re looking for a(n) Senior Project Analyst to play a key role in driving impactful initiatives across our Service Delivery Management (SDM) organization. What You’ll Do: Project Planning & Delivery Coordination Support planning and execution of SDM initiatives and cross-matrixed projects across ITSM process areas Coordinate project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items Partner with SDM teams, platform teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and support delivery readiness Maintain project trackers, status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, and implementation timelines Enable smooth project execution through proactive follow-up, escalation support, and delivery communications Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management Prepare project status updates, executive summaries, dashboards, and delivery metrics to support leadership visibility Support audit and compliance requests by organizing project artifacts, approvals, evidence, and process documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of project changes with minimal service impact Maintain strong communication with business partners, IT teams, and leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making About You: Experience supporting project coordination, project analysis, or delivery management in an IT environment 5 years experience in managing projects in matrixed environments Ability to manage project trackers, status reporting, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-ups Excellent communication, organization, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or equivalent project management certification Posting Details: Posting End Date: September 02, 2026 If you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
