Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced technical leader to coach, grow, and partner with customer-facing Solutions Architects supporting Cross-Industry organizations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of Solutions Architects who serve as trusted technical advisors to senior executives, helping them navigate complex business challenges through innovative cloud solutions. You will combine broad industry knowledge with deep technical credibility in modern cloud architecture, data platforms, and artificial intelligence to guide both your team and your customers through transformational technology decisions. Working in partnership with account management, you will shape and deliver on the strategy for AWS adoption across Benelux Cross-Industry customers, driving executive-level conversations that align cloud solutions with transformation goals. Key job responsibilities - Lead, develop, and grow a team of Solutions Architects by providing coaching on best practices, solution design, customer engagement strategies, and presentation skills to help them become trusted technical advisors to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders - Build and execute a customer-focused strategy in partnership with account management teams to drive cloud adoption across Benelux Cross-Industry customers, establishing deep relationships with decision makers to enable them to champion cloud and artificial intelligence transformation - Guide your team in designing and implementing modern cloud architectures with emphasis on data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities, working backwards from customer needs to deliver scalable, secure solutions that address complex business challenges - Act as a technical thought leader representing AWS in executive-level discussions, public speaking engagements, and written content such as whitepapers and reference architectures that showcase how AWS delivers value to customers - Champion the adoption of emerging technologies within your customer base, identifying opportunities to integrate generative artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and modern architecture patterns while serving as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and specialist organizations A day in the life Your influence extends beyond the Benelux as you share patterns and best practices across the Europe North Solutions Architecture community, collaborate with service teams to shape product development, and ensure your team remains at the forefront of the data and artificial intelligence transformation reshaping every industry.
