Secure, design and implement Identity and Access Management technologies such as SSO, LDAP, Federation (SAML), OpenID, and OAuth in an always-on, large-scale production environment.
Responsibilities
Innovate / create / design / develop / evolve enterprise security applications, RESTful API’s, prototypes, or proofs of concept (POC’s) Rigorously apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems, utilizing the latest AI technologies and techniques for speed, accuracy and reduction of toil. Build and implement scalable, highly performant and robust systems solutions that provide great user experience. Roughly 40-60% hands-on coding. Application of AI is all areas of work. Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, peer Information Security teams, various product lines, and business units. Be the technical subject matter expert: Lead and mentor more junior and newer engineers, making sure to bring others along for the journey Contribute to the design and architecture of multiple concurrent projects Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, create technical development and test plans Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams including: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, and/or business units to drive forward results Participate as part of an agile development team Qualifications 7+ years of experience developing software in Java BS/MS in computer science or equivalent relevant experience Serious geek street cred if you have a robust portfolio on GitHub and/or Open Source contributions of which you are proud to share! Deep understanding of the software design and architecture process, concept to implementation Hands-on experience in GenAI concepts and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, GPT-3/4, SageMaker, Bedrock) with the ability to integrate AI in practical applications and across the full SDLC. Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale applications, displaying an understanding of the development challenges inherent with highly scalable and available web applications AWS or another public cloud is strongly preferred. Datastore / database experience You know what continuous integration means, and believe automation is the path to happiness. Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required due to the dynamic nature of discussions and collaborations with other engineering teams. Always Learning: Experience with open source technologies (prototyping and/or researching the up and coming technology and solutions) You’ve got a burning passion for identifying and solving real consumer and business problems. Strongly Preferred Experience: Experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management technologies such as SSO, LDAP, Federation (SAML), OpenID, and OAuth in a large scale production environment. Experience with IAM, STS, API integrations, and developing enterprise security software solutions. Experience applying AI to CyberSecurity solutions in the IAM space.
