Drive SLA adherence, operational excellence, automation, stakeholder management and team performance. What are we looking for? • Bachelor s Degree, MBA preferred • 10 to 14 years experience with 6+ years in Sales Operations or Seller and Deal Support • Experience managing teams of 30 to 80 resources • Director and Senior Director stakeholder management • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills • • Seller and Deal Support operations • Sales support, opportunity management and quote coordination • Quota administration, case management and governance • Incident management and issue resolution • Sales reporting, dashboards and analytics • Workforce planning, forecasting and resource Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end to end Seller and Deal Support delivery • Manage opportunity support, deal coordination, quote and quota administration • Drive workforce planning, staffing and capacity management • Deliver reporting, dashboards and business insights • Ensure SLA, quality, governance and audit compliance • Lead process improvement, standardization and automation • Manage operational risks, escalations and service improvements • Partner with senior stakeholders to improve seller experience • Support AI enabled reporting and workflow automation • Lead transitions, stabilization and continuous improvement • Own SOPs, controls and knowledge management • Drive KPI performance, RCA and governance reviews • Coach frontline leaders and develop team capability • Drive hiring, onboarding, succession and retention planning
