We are looking for an Occupancy Planner, to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team. What You'll Do
Track, analyze, and maintain comprehensive space data to develop scenario-based occupancy plans and strategies for client portfolios across your designated region Build and nurture critical relationships with facility management teams, business units, and client stakeholders to gather accurate growth projections and space requirements Produce monthly reports, conduct periodic data audits, and monitor utilization trends to inform evidence-based space planning decisions Develop space layouts, block diagrams, and adjacency plans that align with client needs and optimize portfolio efficiency Support migration planning, group moves, and individual relocations by managing space allocations and maximizing real estate utilization Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand dynamics within client portfolios Reconcile discrepancies between top-down projections and actual seat demand, ensuring data accuracy at the group and individual level Drive construction projects and planning strategies through regular facility audits and collaborative implementation support What We're Looking For Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and the ability to consolidate data into polished PowerPoint presentations Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work with architectural floor plans and spatial layouts Knowledge of occupancy utilization methodologies, office design principles, and contemporary workplace trends (mobile, collaborative, hybrid environments) Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders Strategic thinker who excels at simplifying complexity, seeing the big picture, and driving measurable results Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with numerical data and spatial planning Proactive, innovative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change with intellectual curiosit What you can expect from us: Realize Your Full Potential – Join an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment where we're committed to helping you become the best version of yourself Career Development – Benefit from our Total Rewards program designed to support your career ambitions and professional growth Recognition That Matters – Your contributions will be valued and recognized as an integral part of our team's success Investment in Your Well-being
