Ads Product Counsel

About the Team: Our team is dedicated to providing strategic and pragmatic legal solutions for a few ads business lines and end-to-end compliance advice and solutions. We work at the intersection of law, technology, and business, ensuring that our innovative products comply with global regulations while driving sustainable growth. This is a highly collaborative, on-site role that requires five days per week in the office.

Role Overview: As a Legal Counsel within the team, you will serve as a primary legal partner to our product, engineering, and business teams. You will evaluate new features and monetization models, manage regulatory risks, and ensure global compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a balance of legal rigor and business acumen to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Product Counseling: Provide full-lifecycle legal support for monetization products, including evaluating product requirements, features (including AI-driven tools), and business models for legal and compliance risks. - Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret evolving global regulations related to digital advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection; implement compliance frameworks and pragmatic solutions. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to provide timely legal guidance and resolve cross-jurisdictional legal issues.
