You’ll Be Joining You’ll be part of the global team that brings NBCUniversal’s enterprise-wide talent management, talent development, and learning strategy to life. This role blends strategy, talent development, learning design, facilitation, and project leadership . It’s ideal for someone who is energized by building meaningful experiences, partnering across global teams, and helping shape how we understand, develop, and accelerate talent across the company. At the core of this role, you will: Lead and evolve global development experiences for our corporate university, the Talent Lab, with locations in NYC, LA, and London Contribute to the evolution of our top talent management and development strategy, helping connect enterprise talent priorities to high-impact development solutions Design and facilitate world-class live experiences, both in-person and virtual, across a wide range of audiences and topics, including AI fluency, leadership expectations, media business acumen, and talent and leadership priorities Here’s what that will look like for you… Lead and evolve global Talent Lab development experiences that build capability across NBCUniversal : Own planning and project management (scope, timelines, resourcing, communications) across multiple workstreams and partners Evolve and optimize delivery to ensure high-quality end-to-end talent experiences Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, communications, and operational partners Measure program effectiveness through feedback and data insights Contribute to the evolution of our top talent management and development strategy, helping connect enterprise talent priorities to high-impact development solutions: Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to translate top talent priorities into development strategies, experiences, and practical tools Use research, data, and stakeholder input to help identify development needs and shape solutions that support readiness, mobility, and growth Design and facilitate world-class live experiences, both in-person and virtual, across a wide range of audiences and topics, including AI fluency, leadership expectations, media business acumen, and talent and leadership priorities: Facilitate Talent Lab programs with credibility, presence, and strong command of both in-person and virtual rooms Design, build, and refine
