High Point is a Softgel Center of Excellence since 1996, offering extensive development and commercial scale capabilities for a variety of softgel technologies. Location: 4125 Premier Drive, High Point, NC 27265 Discover Impactful Work: The individual will manage multiple c lient projects , including strategic accounts, ensuring project deliverables and financial milestone are executed in accordance with required timelines . With personal responsibility for a portfolio of projects , the role holder will be the primary relationship manager , driving communication for successful business delivery and exemplary client service in order to provide maximum benefit for the company in a sustainable manner . Additionally, this role will provide training / mentorship to others as well as support internal initiatives related to project management. Day in the Life: Independently manage all business aspects of the project / portfolio including: (80%) Manage multiple client projects, including strategic accounts, ensuring project deliverables and financial milestone are executed in accordance with required timelines. With personal responsibility for a portfolio of projects, the role holder will be the primary relationship manager, driving communication for successful business delivery and exemplary client service in order to provide maximum benefit for the company in a sustainable manner. Lead and facilitate risk mitigation and issue escalation process through coordination of internal resources , serving as a liaison with Site Leadership to ensure effective solution/resolution Act as the internal client advocate , leading regular and ad hoc customer meetings, internal team meetings, site visits, and Business Review meetings for assigned accounts. Responsible for account management of assigned clients/portfolios , including change s of scope, project expansion and commercial life cycle management. Manage SOR forecast , attainment of financial goals and KPI metrics for project portfolio Ensure client and Thermo Fisher Scientific are operating in compliance with the contractual requirements (accruals, bill backs, service charges, etc.). Utilize MySupply , SmartSheet and other tools in order to m easure project performance , monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders. Serve as the liaison between Pharmaceutical Development Services (PDS) and Drug Product Services (DPS) management to coordinate the introduction of new products from the PDS pipeline Support of new business pipeline discussions with potential clients Train and Mentor Project Managers / Project Coordinator as required: ( 1 0%) Provide training/development as required Mentor/train PMs / Functional Project Team members on PM and related processes as required. Other management duties (10%) Work with PMO and local team to continuously improve PM and project delivery practices. Support or lead global PM O or PDS initiatives. Feedback to Functional Leadership on project team member performance Represent or deputize for PM Senior staff as required. Other duties as required Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelor ’s degree in relevant scientific or engineering field with m inimum 4 years re lated industry experience (pharmaceutical development experience an advantage) Experience: Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience PMP certification preferred Experience working with
