Senior Accountant – Long-Lived Assets We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to support Anduril's long-lived asset accounting function — property, plant, and equipment, leases, and intangibles. The Accounting team owns the month-end close and reporting infrastructure behind one of the fastest-scaling companies in defense. This is a build seat more than a maintain seat: we are preparing for a future potential IPO, expanding rapidly, and integrating acquired businesses, so you will help set the processes, systems, and controls this function runs on for years. Long-Lived Asset Accounting: Support the accounting for Anduril's long-lived assets end to end — property, plant, and equipment, leases, and intangibles — including the fixed asset and lease subledgers, depreciation and amortization, additions, transfers, disposals, and monthly roll-forwards. Capitalization Policy: Serve as a key point of contact for Anduril's capitalization policy — advising program, engineering, and operations teams on capitalize-versus-expense treatment and reviewing capital spend requests for policy compliance. Software Capitalization: Execute capitalization of software assets in alignment with applicable accounting standards (ASC 350). Reporting & Disclosures: Prepare footnotes, disclosures, and supporting schedules for long-lived asset accounts to support financial reporting. Reconciliations: Prepare financial reconciliations timely and be able to research and resolve variances as needed. Systems & Process Improvement: Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systems to support continued company and team growth. Controls: Contribute to the control environment by establishing, improving, and maintaining operational processes over long-lived assets. Fixed Assets: Experience with fixed asset accounting is required. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Systems & Rigor: Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP. Prioritization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization. Execution & Strategic Vision: Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while also maintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting. Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Education & Certifications: CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA. Industry Background: Prior experience in companies that are tech or advanced manufacturing. Technical Accounting: Working knowledge of long-lived asset standards — ASC
