What the day will look like This role plays a critical role in ensuring the acquisition of the best talent for Aon and provides the opportunity to work on Experienced and Early Careers hiring across Asia - in particular China and Singapore. Ensure delivery of all recruitment activity in line with Global Talent Acquisition goals, KPIs and service level agreements, using data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes. Partner with relevant stakeholders, to deliver a positive, consistent and inclusive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard to fill roles which may include broader social media strategies and international sourcing avenues Work with aligned hiring managers to implement proactive talent pipeline sourcing, keep track of key talent in the market and execute an appropriate talent engagement plan to connect with and build a relationship with such talent for future needs. Focus on direct sourcing of talent as a priority to support sourcing activities. Ensure that all required recruitment processes and documentation are completed in accordance with Aon's policy and procedure, that required background checks are completed and in hand prior to release of any conditional or formal offer of employment. Skills and experience that will lead to success Prior Experienced and/or Early Careers hiring in a dynamic environment Previous experience supporting hiring managers within insurance broking, professional services or financial services industries Previous experience using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems including iCIMS and Workday Influence, persuasion and negotiation skills Strong planning, organising and attention to detail skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin and English #Aon #TalentAcquisition #HR #LI-CO1 2584017
