Summary   JLL is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Project & Development Services - Data Center. The qualified candidate will oversee a wide variety of colocation and hyperscale data center projects from feasibility studies, site due diligence, campus planning, conceptual/schematic/detailed design through construction documents, and construction administration. The ideal candidate has experience managing in all aspects of the project management of colocation and hyperscale data centers as part project lead or project manager for min. 3 to 5 years, has a background in civil engineering or electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Willingness to travel is a basic requirement.   Duties & Responsibilities depending on the project phases and contents:   Project Leadership & Management Lead and manage project delivery with full responsibility for timely, high-quality performance. Develop Project Structure Plans (PSP), RACI matrices, and Project Execution Plans (PEP) in coordination with clients. Manage risk mitigation, cost control, and change management processes. Establish communication plans and change management procedures. Design & Planning Management Oversee timely submission of design documents across all project phases (concept, schematic, detailed, and issued-for-construction stages). Develop and update procurement strategies. Review and approve HSE strategies and plans. Evaluate value engineering proposals and alternative material requests in collaboration with the commercial team. Procurement & Contractor Selection Conduct prequalification of contractors during tender stage and provide client recommendations for contractor selection. Construction Execution & Quality Assurance Coordinate all construction
