- Lead API integration programs for hotel groups, OTAs, and other supply partners, from onboarding to launch and post-launch optimization, to support supply expansion and business growth. - Work across internal teams and external partners to define integration plans, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution across business and technical workflows. - Manage end-to-end delivery of hotel direct-connect and OTA integrations in the U.S. market, including go-to-market planning, partner alignment, risk management, issue escalation, and launch coordination. - Partner with U.S. business and BD teams to strengthen partner connectivity, support new product capabilities, and improve conversion performance. - Develop scalable processes and best practices to improve integration efficiency, execution quality, and long-term operational effectiveness. - Track key integration and business metrics, identify operational or system gaps, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
