About the role
L3Harris is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the Airservices Australia Enterprise Network Modernization Program (ENMP). This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in program delivery, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within a complex technical environment. Working as part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will have the opportunity to develop your business analysis skills while supporting a major aviation modernisation program. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to large-scale project delivery, and contribute to meaningful outcomes that support Australia's aviation industry. What the role will involve As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the PMO team in maintaining accurate information, analysing program data, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include: Data Management & Reporting: Assist with the collection, organisation, and maintenance of program data Support the creation and updating of reports, dashboards, and program tracking tools Help ensure information is accurate, consistent, and up to date Identify data quality issues and support their resolution Business Analysis Support: Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements Help analyse information and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Support the preparation of business cases, reports, and presentation materials Contribute to process mapping and documentation activities Stakeholder Engagement: Work with project and engineering team members to gather information and clarify requirements Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and action tracking Support communication between technical teams, program stakeholders, and business representatives Documentation & Governance: Maintain documentation, registers, and records Assist in developing and updating procedures, templates, and guidance materials Support compliance with PMO processes and governance requirements Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve reporting, processes, and ways of working Learn and apply business analysis and project management best practices Actively participate in team learning and development opportunities What you’ll bring Essential: Recently completed, or currently completing, a degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team environment Desirable: Exposure to business analysis, project management, or PMO environments through internships, university projects, or work experience Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and reporting tools Understanding of business process mapping or data analysis concepts What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience working on a large and complex transformation program Exposure
