Patient Service Representative - Centralized Scheduling

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus The Patient Services Representative, Centralized scheduling is responsible for scheduling initial evaluations for the correct discipline under the correct therapist specialty for 21 locations. This position is to call 120-150 patients a day to schedule their initial evaluation for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or cardiac rehabilitation. This position uploads all received referrals daily, around 200 referrals, filters through the correct information to schedule correctly, navigate locations and scheduling with patients, answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, work with Physician Relations Managers and other misc tasks to correctly schedule patients and obtain all necessary information from referrals sources and patients.
