Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.   In this role you will: Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company. Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education or relevant contracts experience in lieu of degree.    Previous professional General Finance or Business, Project Management, Proposals, and/or Contract experiences or anything else.    US citizenship required or proof of ability to work in the US                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Desired Skills 
 Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Knowledge of various contract types Familiarity with FAR/DFAR Knowledge of DoD Contracting  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office  Ability to work independently Task oriented  You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch.
