Our opportunity: Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is looking for Senior Manager, Digital Commerce, to help scale the Digital & E-commerce operating system across EMEA. This role will own the EMEA digital performance feedback loop with multiple EMEA markets and master franchisees — translating digital, e-commerce, CRM, and loyalty data into clear business strategy, in-market execution, decision-making forums, and scalable playbooks. The mandate spans the full digital performance agenda across e-commerce: mobile ordering, loyalty, third-party delivery, CRM, and self-ordering. In addition to the market facing responsibility, this role will also oversee strategic channel development for select channels, for example deliveries and self-ordering channel. We are looking for highly organized, analytical, and commercial professionals to help develop our digital channels, turn that into market-specific strategy, and drive execution in partnership with our franchisee stakeholders to deliver top and bottom-line growth. The ideal candidate is someone with extensive e-commerce experience - equally comfortable moving from an A/B Test analysis to a franchisee conversation on delivery media, from a vendor negotiation to an executive presentation. This role reports into the Director, Digital & Engagement, EMEA. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Your Roles & Responsibilities: Market Performance Feedback Loop Develop market specific digital and e-commerce strategy with franchisee partners that integrate into the overarching business strategy. Lead market-level business review cadences and feedback loops - translating data into insights, blockers, decisions, and next actions for country and franchisee stakeholders. Maintain decision log discipline, ensuring every country review produces a decision, a blocker with an owner, a learning, and a next action. Strategic Channel Development Own the EMEA over-arching channel strategy refining product capabilities into a clear sales, traffic, and profit driving lever (for example third-party Delivery Channel). Collaborate with cross-functional teams IT Team and external vendor partners) to develop channel capabilities and offerings (For example AI-Enabled third-party Delivery Media spend optimization). Work with specific countries to pilot individual initiatives, for example first-party Delivery Rollout) and synthesize learnings back into the overarching channel strategy. Digital Data & Analytics Collaboration While this role is not responsible for core digital analytics tasks, it is responsible for partnering with central Data/BI Team, on things like new channel data definition, visualization design guidance, and reporting needs.
