Job Title: A4 Chargeman @ Technical Lead Location: Kuala Lumpur Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated A4 Chargeman and proven technical competence in both mechanical and electrical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection systems infrastructure, Facilities and Critical Equipment through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of electrical regulations and best practices, as well as a solid foundation in mechanical principles. Responsibilities: ● Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to: ○ Electrical distribution systems (switchboards, transformers, circuit breakers) ○ Lighting systems ○ Motor controls and drives ○ Pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment ○ HVAC systems ○ Plumbing systems ○ Building automation systems ● Conduct regular inspections of electrical and mechanical installations to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. ● Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective repairs in a timely manner. ● Interpret and understand, but not limited to, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. ● Perform and conduct maintenance activities in accordance with relevant safety procedures, company policies and all necessary processes, including conducting any electrical testing and measurements using appropriately calibrated tools and equipment. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. ● Lead, manage and coordinate the installation and commissioning of new electrical and mechanical equipment. ● Collaborate effectively with relevant team members, departments and vendors to resolve technical issues. ● Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance procedures and equipment performance. ● Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. ● Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and regulations. ● Manage life cycle management of MEPF equipment. ● Manage all MEPF projects, including but not limited to, lifecycle component replacements. ● Adhere to all client processes for all activities. ● Locations: not limited only to TRX/Integra Tower. Requirements: ● Possession of a valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) A4 Chargeman Certificate. ● Proven technical competence in, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. ● Strong understanding of Malaysian electrical regulations and codes of practice, as well as any. ● Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. ● Hands-on experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting. ● Solid understanding of mechanical principles and maintenance practices for various equipment. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ●
