Senior Finance Analyst for AP - 6 Months Contract, FinOps Settlement Team

This is a 6 months fixed-term contract role. Join Amazon's European Financial Operations team in Bratislava and play a key role in how we manage financial relationships with vendors across Europe. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, problem-solving and vendor engagement - ensuring that financial disputes are resolved accurately and efficiently, while driving improvements that prevent them from happening again. This is more than a transactional role. Key job responsibilities - Investigate and resolve vendor financial disputes across European marketplaces, working within Accounts Payable operations - Perform root-cause analysis to identify defects in financial processes and recommend solutions - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to drive resolution and process improvements - Communicate directly with international suppliers to resolve queries and build strong working relationships - Identify patterns and propose preventive measures to reduce future disputes - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within a fast-moving, Pan-European team About the team Our Bratislava office is a growing hub for Amazon's financial operations in Europe - located in one of Central Europe's most attractive cities.
