A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. 募集職種：営業職（遺伝子検査機器担当） 〈勤務地〉 東京もしくは名古屋を拠点に、中部エリアを中心に全国出張ベースで営業活動を行っていただきます。全国で4名の精鋭営業チームの一員として、裁量を持って活躍できるポジションです。医療業界の最前線で、革新的な遺伝子検査機器を提案し、医療の質向上に貢献できます。さらに、月に1回APACへの報告会議に参加する事で、英語スキルを磨き、将来的にはグローバルマーケットへのキャリアパスも開けます。 主な業務内容 販売戦略の立案・実行：担当エリアの販売戦術を計画し、実行します。 実績管理・予測：顧客別・製品群別の実績管理と新規項目の予測を作成。 提案活動：顧客ニーズに合わせた提案書を作成し、折衝を行います。 情報発信：勉強会や説明会を企画・実施し、製品価値を広めます。 課題解決：顧客の抱える問題や製品に関する苦情を迅速に対応。 市場情報収集：業界動向や競合情報を収集・報告。 納入対応：機器納入時の一連の作業を正確に遂行。 団体サポート：技師会など各種団体の活動をサポート。 コンプライアンス遵守：会社規則・業界規範を守り、正しいビジネスを実践。 訪問先 大学病院や国立がんセンター大手検査センターなど、日本の急性期医療を支える重要な施設が中心です。 応募条件 大卒以上 医療業界での営業経験 第一種普通自動車免許 PCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint） 経験者優遇 求める人物像 自立して業務を遂行できる方 顧客との信頼関係構築に長けた方 医療業界でキャリアをさらに伸ばしたい方 グローバルマーケットへのキャリアパスを希望する方 Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
