Role Summary An established team member with advance knowledge and experience that leads complex investigation and remediation for critical production service disruptions and/or service enhancements. Leads small, well defined technical projects focusing on cross functional collaboration. Acts as mentor for junior analysts. Identifies opportunities for process and continuous improvement.

Experience 2+ years for Bachelor's 0-2 years for Master's Education • Supports day to day operations in 24x7 production or equivalent environments. • Provides technical assessments or feedback to team. • Participates in cross functional projects or initiatives with demonstration of individual delivery. • Leads investigations and remediations for high impacting service disruptions. Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent experience. Technical degree preferred.

A+ Certification or equivalent CompTIA Net+ or equivalent AWS Associate Functional/ Technical Skills • Gathers pertinent information about a problem by analyzing data and patterns and identifying underlying issues. • Researches precedents and known solutions for complex problems. Recommends solutions to prevent reoccurring problems. • Implements solutions and ensures effective resolution using standard practices and previous experiences, escalating troubleshooting if needed.

• Broad knowledge of infrastructure services. • Understands the concepts of managing infrastructure with code. • Able to configure or operate cloud infrastructure through automation or code. • Understands moderately complex systems. • Has a deep understanding of observability and operational tools including interacting using Infrastructure as Code. • Tests and monitors their own code. • Has moderate strength in at least one language. • Is familiar with simple API and data access patterns and integration. • Understands software development theory and design. •  Proficient developing in continuous deployment and integration environments.
