Senior Project Manager/PMO

The mandate is to drive visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across all disciplines within project, ensuring the project consistently delivers on strategic priorities, financial commitments, and operational value creation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be in charge of: Project Governance & Performance Management Lead the project governance framework Build and operate an enterprise-level performance cockpit tracking scope, cost, schedule, risks management and benefits for the project Drive, monthly and quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership Facilitate early escalation on high-visibility or at-risk projects. Project Insights & Decision Support Translate project performance data into executive insights Prepare decision-ready materials for investment committees Provide forward-looking risk and interdependency analysis Manage the annual capital planning cycle Standards, Tools & Digital Enablement Own and evolve the PMO toolkit Champion digital PM solutions and dashboards Drive enterprise-wide adoption of common tools Capability Building & Operating Model Excellence Provide coaching to project team Ensure vertical start-up readiness and benefits tracking Within your role you will have a high level of exposure and wide range of connections (R&I, Marketing, Plant directors, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Food Safety, Suppliers of industrial processes…) About You We are looking for an experienced PMO with experience in project management within capex or operational projects and is willing to join Engineering team in Poland (Bieruń). 5+ years in capital program governance or engineering PMO in asset-intensive industries Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong command of capex management Executive communication and decision-support capability Leadership & Behavioral Competencies Enterprise-minded influencer Structured, analytical, and disciplined Strong change-leader who can drive convergence Skilled at navigating ambiguity Technical & Functional Skills Expertise in project controls, capex budgeting, and risk management Strong digital literacy (Power BI/Tableau, PPM tools) Ability to create executive-ready reporting Skilled at running complex governance routines About Us At the Danone group we are fulfilling our mission, according to which „we bring health to as many people as possible”.
